What is the general lead time?
Antonio Frattini: 8 to 10 weeks
Aqvato: 8 to 10 weeks
K.TODT Design: Hooks within 1 week, Cubes within 2 weeks. Bespoke pieces will depend.
Rory Noble-Turner Design: within 1 week
silverTouch®: The lead time will depend on the size of the material required. Please contact us to further share the size of your project, and therefore the estimated lead time.
imi Surface Design: This material will come fully crafted directly from Germany. Lead time will vary; for air freight shipments, the lead time is 8-10 weeks, while for sea freight, the lead time is between 5 and 6 months. Please contact us here for further information on whether your material can be air freighted.
How can I get a quote for the materials?
We are very happy to provide you with a free quote for any of our materials, based on your needs. For this, we kindly invite you to contact us here.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
On the website checkout, you will have the option to pay using major card companies, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, and JCB. We also take PayPal.
Should you wish to be invoiced for the items instead, we would be able to do this too, for this option, please contact us!
Shipping Costs
All creations listed in the shop have a shipping fee of $40, however these shipping fees are waived for all orders over $1000.
We offer free pick-ups from our Show Room, the directions can be found here.
If you are looking for one of our materials, or at the Aqvato Bathtubs, please contact us for a shipping quote!
Do you offer installation?
We are happy to install any of the materials, especially in the Nelson/Tasman region. Should you be elsewhere in NZ, we will happily fly out to install the material for you, explain the installation process to the tradesman of your choice, or assist you in finding a qualified tradesman to complete the installation.

Materials & Creations
Do you provide samples for any of your materials?
For silverTouch® you can purchase a sample directly through our website, find it here.
If you would like a sample of an imi surface, please contact us, and we will find an arrangement that suits your needs.
How customisable are the shop items?
Aqvato: The basins are completely customisable, there is a choice of 21 colours, and the basins can be crafted in any dimensions needed to fit your space. For further information on a custom size or colour, please contact us!
silverTouch® : As we know each living space is designed and laid out differently, we will fit the stainless steel to your needs. The single sheets are a maximum of 6m by 1.48m, meaning no joins are required for your kitchen island or backwall.
